Luna Arcana – Desert Transmissions – Zine 1

We made a zine! Desert Transmissions is different from our previous issues because it’s more ziney and non-linear. More of a visual invitation into experiencing this desert through the web of wyrd.

A distillation of desert essence disguised in a zine,
for you to touch and hold and sniff and lick,
created by human conduits of Earth and Sky.
A strange, nonsensical song of love to this dry and dusty land,
and to all that it has taken away from and given to us;
To the bones of past selves buried under moonlight
and to the hummingbirds that fly right up to the face
when there’s silence and stillness, their wings transmitting codes
into ripe and weathered nervous systems.
